Two sisters designs experience

After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from the University of Houston, Carol deepened her creative foundation through studies in Photography and Art History. While gaining years of hands-on experience in interior decorating, she went on to earn a second Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, studying under several of Houston’s most respected designers.

Carol’s training in classic design principles, balance, simplicity, texture, and the artful use of color continues to influence her approach today.

“My professors taught me that the smallest details hold the greatest importance and that every client deserves that same level of thoughtful attention. I carry those lessons with me into every project.”

Known for her refined aesthetic and meticulous attention to detail, Carol has built a reputation for creating interiors that are both timeless and deeply personal. Her designs span a range of styles, each thoughtfully tailored to reflect her clients’ individual lifestyles and vision.

about

our process

This is the day you’ve been waiting for!
Our team arrives to bring your vision to life, transforming all those approved selections into a beautiful, finished space.
We ask that you not be home during installation (to keep the big reveal a surprise!).
Your only job is to walk in, take it all in, and enjoy your new home — complete with every thoughtful detail in place.

This is where the magic happens! We get to work creating the design of your dreams — a process that typically takes up to 10 weeks.
Fabrics are sourced, lighting is selected, floor plans are drafted, renderings are created, and quotes are gathered.
The initial concepts we discussed during your consultation start taking shape as we develop your full design plan.

The Discovery Call is a no-obligation, 15–20 minute introductory phone call to learn more about your project and determine which of our services is the best fit for you.
Scheduling the Discovery Call is easy! Just click on the “Get Started” button below, complete the form, and we’ll follow up with you to schedule a call.

Installation

Every project begins with an Initial Consultation — whether it’s big or small, in-person or virtual. We’re here to help however you need us.
After your Discovery Call, we’ll schedule a time to meet in your home for 60–90 minutes to review the project in detail and provide tangible design advice.
We’ll tailor the consultation based on your project’s scope so it fits your goals and timeline perfectly.

A very exciting day! We’ll meet in person to present your full design.
This includes floor plans, elevations, renderings, color schemes, digital boards, and material samples — everything you need to visualize your finished space.
At this time, we’ll collect an 80% deposit on approved goods so we can begin ordering and preparing for installation.

After the consultation, we’ll prepare a proposal outlining the scope of work, estimated hours, and project timeline.
Once the proposal is approved and your deposit is received, we begin designing your space.
If needed, we’ll schedule a “Trades Day” so our subcontractors can visit your home and gather measurements or bids before the design begins.

frequently asked questions

How do I get started?

What should I expect to invest in a design project?

Can I use my existing furniture or décor?

Do you work outside of Sugar Land or Houston?

How do I know which service is right for my project?

What is your typical design timeline?

Simply schedule a Discovery Call to begin. We’ll discuss your goals, timeline, and how we can help bring your vision to life. From there, we’ll walk you through every step of the process.

Your investment depends on your project scope, furnishings, and finishes. After your consultation, we’ll provide a detailed proposal outlining all costs before any work begins, so there are no surprises.

Every project is unique, but most full-service design projects take between 8–12 weeks from consultation to presentation, followed by an installation date that fits your schedule. Smaller projects or consultations can often move more quickly.

During your Discovery Call, we’ll help determine which of our design services best fits your needs — whether you’re furnishing a single room or planning a full remodel. Our process is flexible and designed to meet you where you are.

Yes! While most of our projects are based in Houston and Sugar Land, we also work with clients in surrounding areas and occasionally consult virtually.

Absolutely. We love blending meaningful existing pieces with new elements to create a look that feels personal and cohesive. Our goal is to design a home that reflects you — not just a showroom.
